Can you help with filling and delivery for a larger order?

For events, allow time for receipt, filling and setup ahead of opening. We will discuss the delivery plan and timing during the quote process. Do not assume the standard in-stock dispatch estimate applies to a custom or large-volume project.
Are there any exclusions to change-of-mind returns?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, expanded mattresses, opened filling and certain personal-use products may not qualify. Custom-made, personalised and special-order products cannot be returned for a change of mind. These restrictions do not remove your rights for faulty goods.
