Shipping Across Australia
Beanbags.com.au ships Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse and distribution partners. We work hard to dispatch orders quickly and provide tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Because many of our products are large, lightweight or modular in nature, shipping furniture and filling across Australia can be more complex than standard parcel deliveries.
Dispatch Times
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During promotional periods, public holidays, peak seasonal demand or major sales events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, our team will contact you directly.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Sydney, Adelaide & Canberra Metro: 2–5 business days

Perth & Regional WA: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and are subject to carrier performance and local conditions.
Large Furniture & Oversized Deliveries
Many Beanbags.com.au products are larger than standard parcel dimensions. As a result, deliveries may be made by specialist freight providers rather than traditional courier services.
Some oversized products may require a signature on delivery or may be left in a safe place at the carrier's discretion if authority to leave has been provided.
Bean Bag Covers & Filling May Arrive Separately
To reduce freight costs and ensure products arrive safely, bean bag covers and filling are often shipped separately.
This means:

Your cover may arrive before your filling.

Your filling may arrive before your cover.

Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.

Parcels may arrive on different days.
This is completely normal and does not indicate that part of your order is missing.
Premium Bean Bag Filling
Our premium bean bag filling products are lightweight but occupy a large volume. Due to the size of these parcels, freight costs can be significant, particularly to regional and remote areas of Australia.
We continually negotiate with transport providers to keep freight costs as low as possible while ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
SoLuxe™ Foam & Bead Filling
Certain products use our premium SoLuxe™ comfort system, which combines high-density bean bag beads with premium foam components.
Depending on the product ordered, these materials may be shipped in separate packages to optimise freight efficiency and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
For orders shipped in multiple parcels, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
If you cannot locate your tracking information, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist.
Remote & Regional Deliveries
Additional delivery time may be required for regional, remote or rural locations.
Some oversized products may attract additional freight charges to remote areas. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
