At Beanbags.com.au, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

For hygiene reasons, expanded mattresses, opened filling products and certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return.

Custom-made, personalised or special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
