Everyday Care Tips
- If a thread becomes loose, simply trim it carefully. Do not pull, as this may affect the weave.
- Use a hand vacuum with a soft upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris.
- Avoid harsh brushing or contact with sharp objects (rings, buckles, toys) to prevent snagging.
- To preserve colour richness, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Keep your furniture at least 50cm away from heat sources such as heaters or radiators.
As with all premium soft furniture, the filling will naturally settle during the first 3–6 months. A light top-up may be required—this is completely normal and helps maintain optimal comfort and shape.
For best performance, we recommend using high-quality filling such as Ultra-Bead or SoLuxe™ blends.
To keep your lounge looking its best:
- Gently plump and shake after use
- Allow the fabric and filling to return to their natural, sculpted form
Note: Armrests and backrests are designed for support—not full seating weight. Sitting as intended will help preserve structure and longevity.
Washing & Cleaning
LuxCord is designed to be both beautiful and practical.
- Covers are machine washable (cold or lukewarm water) or can be hand washed
- Always line dry only — avoid tumble drying
- Before washing, remove filling using the Funnelweb® Zip & Tip system
For day-to-day care:
- Spot clean with warm water or a high-quality fabric cleaner
- For added protection, we recommend a fabric protector such as Scotchgard®

Shipping the filling separately also helps reduce delivery costs and allows us to deliver more efficiently across Australia.

You can choose between:

If you select the filling option, your order will arrive in two separate packages:
